Regional Sales Director
Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Aggressively cold call into and gain meetings with key decision makers within an association.
- Build strong relationships with users, influencers, and decision makers.
- Identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities. Map out and drive the closing process.
- Effectively present, negotiate, and close professional services contracts within a targeted regional territory.
- Present and sell to teams of associate executives to increase key account sales.
Qualifications / Requirements:
The Regional Sales Director should have the following qualifications:
- Proven prospecting, qualifying, and sales closure skills.
- 5+ years of previous selling experience that demonstrates tactical focus and outstanding value-based strategic/solution-selling skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
- Clear ability to recognize and understand customer requirements while meeting the association's objectives.
- Business development experience.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
