Onsite Lead Retrieval
Meeting Resource's ProLead™ terminal is pre-programmed per individual show or event to read and capture attendee badge information. Through a swipe or scan of the show badge, proprietary internal software generates reports that are immediately output to both a built-in digital display and printer. Data is automatically downloaded onto standard 3.5 disk or can be serial or USB port transferred to a PC or laptop. Exhibitors can always follow up on their best, pre-qualified leads immediately!
Features:
- Ergonomically designed.
- 3,000 lead capacity. Leads are held in battery backed memory as well as stored to diskette on a built-in 3-1/2 inch floppy drive. No standing in long lines after the show or waiting days for your leads by mail.
- Dual serial ports for transferring of lead data to a PC, connecting a pole display accessory, etc.
- PC/AT keyboard port for appending free form notes to any lead.
- All leads are time and date stamped.
- No duplicate entries are stored. When a visitor presents his or her badge a second time, the badge's record is not stored again, but is retrieved and displayed. This feature gives the exhibitor the ability to review and/or edit answers previously given.
- Leads combined with demographics, qualifiers and notes are stored to diskette as a plain ASCII comma and quotes delimited text file.
- Leads can be easily imported into sales force management programs such as ACT!® and GOLDMINE®, or into your favorite word processor, spreadsheet or database applications.
- High speed, high quality 13 lines/sec (500 full line characters/sec) auto loading printer is the fastest printing speed in the business.
- 4 inch wide printout provides attractive and easily readable reporting of their leads.
